The living room has commanding ocean and neighbor island views. The sun sets right where you can see it from your master bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area and front bedroom. The Beach - The home is located on Charley Young Beach, which is located at the north end of Kamaole I Beach. The sand is soft and smooth. The beach slopes very gently into the ocean (no rocks or seaweed). It is considered "the safe swimming beach" and is very popular with people who know the Maui beaches. The Area - Kihei is often referred to as "Sunny Kihei" and for good reason. This is where the good weather is, what youcome to Maui for. Kihei is located next to Wailea where the world classhotels are located (Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, Maui Intercontinental, Stouffers, Maui Prince and Kea Lani). There are many fine restaurants, lots of shops and activities within easy walking distance from the home. There are several world class golf courses nearby. The Hot Tub - Relax in your private
hot tub with waterfall while you watch the sunset. How Much - $650 a day plus 11.42% tax, 7 day minimum. To reserve property $1,000.00 refundable security deposit plus 25% of total rent due and a $250.00 out-clean charge. Balance of rental due 90 days prior to arrival.
